Welcome to "Becoming Christian with Janet"!
I'm a mom of three and a grandmother of five, with a diverse background as a stay at home mom, to working in retail, call centers etc. I went through college for addiction worker, trade school for hairdressing, I am currently an entrepreneur, and homesteader, my life is full of experience living IN the world.
Over two years ago, I accepted Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior and embarked on learning the Christian Faith, and what is ACTUALLY means. I attend a nondenominational church and I'm very active in the church. As a "New Christians" I felt compelled to be as active as I could with putting my skills that God gave me to work.
As a child my mom would send me to Sunday School, Bible Camp on and off. It was short lived as I grew up into my teenage years.
I now share my understanding and the experiences I've had as a new Christian, the struggles as a new Christian from understanding my roll as a Christian Woman in todays world, the Bible how to navigate through life as the "New Creature in Christ".
I'm passionate to share my insights with others and to inspire others on their own paths to faith. So I hope you follow me as I explore and share my insights as a Christian.

At Becoming Christian with Janet, we explore the transformative journey of faith in a rapidly changing world. Many of us feel a shift in our perspectives, prompting a deeper search for meaning and connection. My own experience of being drawn to church was filled with uncertainty, yet it ignited a profound desire to understand my faith.

Through this journey, I've discovered the depth of God's love and the beautiful relationships of the women in the Bible, revealing the tenderness He has for us all."
